How do I submit my music to be featured on IndianaGrind.com?
Before I start, let me just say, please don’t email or tweet us asking if we got your submission. Yes, we got it. If it’s not posted it’s either because we haven’t gotten around to it yet, or it will not be posted. No one is guaranteed a spot on the homepage unless you are submitting an event. If you were not initially selected, you can post your music to the forum yourself. If there is considerable interest shown in your post on the forum, you will be placed on the home page. If you ARE selected, you will be notified via Twitter, so remember to include your handle every time you submit.
There is a certain content that will be less likely to be posted. If your song is talking about nothing but big booty hoes, bad bitches, bitches/niggas ain’t shit….it’s safe to say it won’t be selected. If I see you are white, and you are sayin nigga, you DEFINITELY will not be selected.
Please. PLEASE don’t send me just a link to your music page and ask for a critique. I delete those without even listening. There needs to be a specific song, video, or mixtape you want posted. I can not go through your page and pick out my favorites. Now that we’ve covered all the pet peeves, this is how you submit.
1. You must live in, or have once lived in Indiana.
2. Register to the site.
3. Upload your song, mixtape or video to a file sharing site, and e-mail a link to Indianagrind [at] gmail [dot] com. Please attach artwork or submission will not be accepted. Include your registration name & the city you are from. Some file sharing sites for music are Bandcamp, Soundcloud, & Audiomack.
Optional info:
Include any pertinent information that you would like posted with your work. I would suggest your Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, and any other site people can find more of your music. You also may want to include a bio, background info about the song, or release dates for your next project and links to past project. None of this is required, but would be beneficial to you. I will notify you via Twitter after your submission has been posted, so please include your Twitter handle every time you submit.
If you would like a song to be posted on a certain date at a certain time, please send at least 1-2 days ahead of time. It will be assumed that all music submitted is for free download unless you specifically state otherwise.
By submitting music to IndianaGrind.com, you consent to be added to Indianagrind.com mailing list. This list will not be shared or sold. You will only be e-mailed to be notified that we are accepting submissions for the IndianaGrind Mixtape & for contests.

How can I be on the next Indiana Grind Mixtape?
Register to the site if you have not done so already. Once that is done, submit your music to me via e-mail at IndianaGrind [at] gmail [dot] com. If you want to be notified when I begin accepting submissions, you must join the mailing list. If you have submitted music in the past, you are most likely already on the list, but if not, send a request via email. We will not sell your info or spam you AT ALL. You will only receive an email for three reasons.
1. When I am accepting submissions for the mixtape
2. When I have selected who will be on the mixtape
3. If you are selected, you may receive emails regarding the mixtape.
